# Verification status

Prepared 7 September 2026. These are release checks, not client outcomes.

- PASS: JSON and CSV formats, 18-file manifest, ZIP contents and source-file parity.
- PASS: callback validation executed against synthetic valid, malformed, missing, oversized and refused-consent inputs; fixed email destinations and plain-text body checked.
- PASS: unmodified workflow imported using n8n 2.37.10. A configured copy ran in an isolated local instance with a local SMTP capture server.
- PASS: authenticated valid request returned HTTP 200 and captured one email; missing phone, false consent and oversized job description returned HTTP 400; wrong header credential returned HTTP 403; stopped SMTP server returned HTTP 502.
- No external email was sent. SMTP acceptance does not establish real inbox delivery.
- Hosted ElevenLabs voice preview: not tested in this release.
- Delivery to your real operator inbox: must be tested with your configured SMTP account.
- Telephony and production deployment: not part of these release checks.

Use receptionist-test-cases.csv to record your own results, including the voice and failure scenarios. Importing the workflow does not establish production readiness.

The Twilio setup, Google review collector and startup budget were added after the initial release checks. They are documentation/blueprints, not connected integrations. Current official sources are linked. No live phone call, review request or payment was made during preparation.

The conversation prompt was expanded after reviewing a supplied full-service example. Its business-action contract remains submit_callback only. The expanded conversational behavior, including the additional CSV cases, has NOT been validated through hosted voice calls. START-HERE.md now includes rehearsal examples and an evidence-based voice acceptance scorecard.
