The person behind Redolanse
Hey, I'm Arham. I'll be the one working with you.
I run Redolanse. I build the websites and systems, test how they work and speak with the people using them.
For Always Answered, that starts with understanding your calls and continues after the receptionist goes live.

I kept seeing businesses lose people after they had shown interest.
Across websites, lead forms and automation projects, I kept seeing the same point of failure. A business had done the work to get someone interested. Then the customer called or asked for the next step, and nobody handled that moment well.
Always Answered focuses on the phone call. I build it around the questions your customers ask and the work your team can take on.
You will still be speaking to me after launch.
I lead the plan, build, testing and communication. If a project needs specialist help, I bring it in and remain accountable for the work.
I pay attention to which calls need a person, which questions need a careful answer and which jobs can go onto the calendar.
Your customer hears those details before they meet you. And, yeah, I give a shit about whether the thing still works after launch.
Good client work should not need chasing.
These website, e-commerce and email projects show how I handle a brief, keep the owner informed and finish the work.
“He got the brief immediately. I barely had to explain myself. Proactive, always reachable, never had to follow up.”
“Arham understood the assignment from the start. I honestly didn't have to do much at all.”
UAE roots. Islamabad now.
I grew up in the UAE and spent 18 years there before moving to Pakistan in 2022. I live in Islamabad and work remotely with business owners.
I share what I am building on Instagram, including the decisions, demos and things that need fixing. You can get a sense of how I think before we speak.
Redolanse is a name about being remembered.
It combines redolence, something that leaves a memory, with renaissance, a new way of doing an old job.
I liked the idea that a business could be remembered because the first interaction was handled properly. Someone picked up. The customer felt understood. The next step was clear.
The name matters to me, but the customer experience has to earn it.
I stay involved when the calls change.
Real customers don't follow a perfect demo script. They explain problems badly, ask questions the team didn't expect and change their mind halfway through.
I stay involved so those calls can improve the system. You know who reviews a difficult call, updates the rule and answers when something stops working.
Before we work together
Is Redolanse a one-person business?
I lead the strategy, build, testing, communication and client relationship. I bring in specialist help when a project needs it, but I remain responsible for the work.
Where are you based?
I am based in Islamabad, Pakistan. I grew up in the UAE and work remotely with service businesses across several markets.
Who builds the receptionist?
I lead the build and configuration using the voice, phone and workflow tools required for your setup. The process still depends on understanding the calls, testing the rules and monitoring what happens after launch.
Will I speak to you after the sale?
Yes. I stay the main contact through scoping, build, approval, launch and ongoing improvements.
Where can I see work you have already delivered?
See the website, e-commerce and email projects, with links where I can share them. Our Work page.
The files I would start with.
BUILD is my free first AI client kit: opportunity selection, a receptionist demo, prompts, outreach scripts, and a guide to scoping and delivering a pilot.
Tell me which calls your team can't reach.
Bring your phone setup, coverage hours and one difficult call type to a 15-minute diagnostic. I'll map what the receptionist should handle and what still needs a person.
