Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Redolanse receptionist. The section that matters most to you is the one about call recording, because that responsibility sits with your business, not with us.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Redolanse website and services (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.
What the Service is
Redolanse provides an automated AI voice receptionist that answers calls, schedules appointments, and handles basic enquiries on behalf of your business. We act as a service provider, offering tools that automate your customer interactions.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Your responsibilities
Compliance is yours, not ours. You are exclusively responsible for complying with all applicable laws covering your use of the Service, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state or local wiretapping laws.
- Call recording consent
- Many jurisdictions require consent from one or all parties before a call is recorded. You confirm that your use of the Service complies with those laws, and that you will use the available features to notify callers they are being recorded where the law requires it.
- Prohibited uses
- You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, including harassment, impersonation, fraud, or unsolicited marketing in violation of the law.
- Account security
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Fees and payment
Services are billed on a subscription or per-usage basis as specified at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees.
- Subscriptions
- Renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds
- Handled case by case at our discretion, unless the law requires otherwise.
Proprietary rights
- Our intellectual property
- Redolanse retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our underlying software, models excluding public base models, and the workflows we build.
- Your data
- You keep ownership of the data you put into the Service, such as your business knowledge base, and of the recordings your usage generates, subject to the rights you grant us to process that data in order to run the Service.
AI limitations
The Service uses artificial intelligence. By using Redolanse you acknowledge that:
- Accuracy
- AI can produce inaccurate or invented output. We do not guarantee the complete accuracy of anything the receptionist says to your callers.
- Availability
- We aim for high uptime, but we depend on third-party model and telephony providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Business decisions
- You should not rely on the receptionist alone for critical business, medical, or legal advice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redolanse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; the conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content.
General provisions
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in our jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions. A failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
