Privacy Policy
Redolanse builds systems that answer phone calls, so this policy is mostly about one thing: what happens to a conversation after someone speaks to the receptionist.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Redolanse (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website and use our AI Voice Receptionist services (the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described here.
Information we collect
We collect information that you provide to us, information that is automatically collected when you use our Service, and information from third-party sources.
Information you provide
- Account information
- Name, email address, phone number, business details, and payment information.
- Service configuration
- Custom instructions, knowledge base details, availability schedules, and other preferences for configuring your AI receptionist.
- Public demo information
- The name, phone number, email address, and call details you choose to provide when testing the Redolanse Home Services sandbox.
Automated usage data
When you access our website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and interaction logs.
Voice data and AI processing
Processing voice data is central to how the Service works. This is how we handle it.
- Call recording and transcripts
- We record and transcribe public demo calls, and client calls when recording is enabled. This lets the receptionist understand requests, create the configured booking or handoff, send confirmations, and provide call details for review.
- AI processing
- Audio and text are processed using large language models and text-to-speech engines to produce a real-time spoken response.
- Recording notice
- The public demo gives a spoken recording notice, and the Demo page repeats that notice before the call. Client deployments require a recording and consent setup appropriate to the business, the callers, and the locations involved.
How we use your data
We use the information we collect for these business purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the receptionist service.
- To improve, personalize, and expand the Service.
- To understand how the Service is used and to develop new features.
- To communicate with you about support, updates, and marketing you can opt out of.
- To process transactions and prevent fraud.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the providers required to operate the Service.
- AI and telephony providers
- We use the voice, telephony, transcription, and language-processing providers required for the configured call workflow. The necessary call data is processed to connect the call and produce the approved response or handoff.
- Calendar and workflow integrations
- When a client or demo workflow connects a calendar, email, or customer-management tool, we exchange the data needed to check availability, create the agreed record, and send confirmation.
- Legal requirements
- We may disclose information if required by law, or in the good-faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with legal process or protect the safety of others.
Data security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit and at rest where applicable. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you are, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to request correction or deletion of your data.
- The right to restrict or object to processing.
To exercise any of these, email the address below and say which right you are using.
